The Promimpex Company offers a full range of refractory and auxiliary materials for the metallurgical industry. It is one of the largest suppliers of refractory products in the Urals region.

Task. To introduce spraying of thermal units to eliminate local wear zones of the lining.

The solution. Using AC-1 with a tube to extend the nozzle - mobile, easy to use, and cost-effective.

Result. The client has saved more than half a million rubles on the lining of the steelmaking furnace. The collapsed furnace wall was restored in just a few hours and the melt was saved.

"Minova Ukraine" is part of the international company Minova (Germany) - the world leader in matters of  rock reinforcement by using various chemical and special-cement compositions.

Task. To expand the area of spraying machines to meet the growing number of orders.

Solution. During the test drive of the machines, the customer chose the AC-1 model for the low rebound of the mixtures, the jerk-free application, and the performance adjustment provided. Two units have been purchased to carry out various works without loss of mixture.

Result. About 1,000 tons of waterproof coating were applied to the dam of the Dnieper Hydroelectric Power Station. Also, repairs to the building of the Chaikin mine's nadskip lifting and repairs to the fan of the main ventilation shaft of the mine named after M.V. Lomonosov were completed. Additional tasks were assigned at the Stashkova mine and the KZHRK facilities.

The Refraction Installations Company specializes in gunning with refractory materials. The company's case study contains more than 58 enterprises producing cast iron and steel.

Task: To increase the capacity of shotcrete equipment to repair linings.

Solution: We chose the AC-2 because of the smooth adjustment of performance and its ability to work with dense and heavy mixtures.

Result: The equipment was mainly used for the current capital repairs of linings in blast furnace shops (hot workshop), as well as for shotcreting gutters and gas ducts of metallurgical enterprises. All of the work was completed on time according to the lining wear schedule.
